Hi Kishan,
MS-SQL Server has an option to export data in file. To export data in file you have to select ‘Result to file’ or ‘Result to text’ option in SQL toolbar. After that your data will be saved in file. But If you want more flexibility in exporting and importing data then you should use third party tool such as MindStick DataConverter, AutoConverter etc.
