How to embed the multiple media files in the video element

    Is it possible to add multiple video files in to the single video element? I have following two mp4 files:

    1. how-to-create.mp4
    2. how-to-edit.mp4

    how-to-edit.mp4 video should be start just after the end of the first video. Can any one suggest me?
