How to create new user account in windows 7

Following are the steps for creating new user account in windows 7 operating system

1. Open ControlPanel,click on user accounts.

2. Click on manage another account.

3. Click on Create new account

4. Enter user name that will appear on the Welcome screen and the start menu and then Select account type.
There aretwo account types
(a) Standard user
Standard account users can use most software and change system setting that do not affect other users or the security of the computer.

(b) Administrator
Administrators have complete access to the computer and can make any desired
changes.Based on notification settings, administrators may be asked to provide their
password or confirmation before making changes that affect other users.
