How to set a vacation reply in your Hotmail email account

 
If you are going to vacation and will not be able to attend your mails than you can set up a vacation reply in your Hotmail account ‘Managing your account‘ setting that will automatically reply to anyone who emails you. If you check Vacation reply, Your Hotmail will send a response message to anyone who mail you.

The following are the steps for setup of vacation reply or auto reply in Hotmail:
1. Sign in to Hotmail account.
2. Click the Options and select More Options...

3. From the ‘Managing your account‘ , click on ‘Sending automated vacation replies

4. Check the option ‘Send vacation replies to people who email me’ and enter the body of the message. and click on Save button.
