How to determine whether folder is exist in VB 6

 
You can use these code of lines to determine whether folder or directory is exist at particular path in VB 6.0.

 Else
    MsgBox ("Directory does not exist")

The following code is using scripting.FileSystemObject,so you need to select the Microsoft Scripting Run-time in the Project References dialog box for your project. (Click References on the Project menu and select the ‘Microsoft Scripting Runtime’. If the ‘Microsoft Scripting Runtime’ does not appear in the list, browse for Scrrun.dll on your system)
